1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Varad Nagapurkar (trading as VKVV Pandit) (accessible at vkvvpandit.com) or booking any live ritual session, consultation, or annual seva, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Varad Nagapurkar (trading as VKVV Pandit) provides live, one-on-one video-guided Hindu ritual sessions (including but not limited to Diwali Lakshmi Puja, Satyanarayan Puja, Vastu Shanti, Navratri Ghatasthapana, Birthday Ayushya Sukta, and Annual Family Seva) conducted by qualified Vedic Pandits over Google Meet. Services also include:

• Auspicious Muhurat calculations tailored to the client's local timezone.
• Pantry-friendly puja samagri substitute checklists.
• Live interactive step-by-step recitation and instruction.
• Step-by-step guidance on setting up your home altar using household items.

3. Religious & Devotional Nature — No Guaranteed Outcomes

All rituals, pujas, stotras, and mantras guided or performed by VKVV Pandit are religious, spiritual, and educational observances rooted in traditional Sanatana Dharma scriptures.

Important Statutory Clarification: VKVV Pandit does not practice black magic, tantric remedies, occult cures, or astrological determinism. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations that performing any puja will produce specific material, health, legal, marital, or financial outcomes. Our services are spiritual and devotional in nature.

4. Booking, Pricing & Advance Payments

All fees and dakshina amounts are clearly communicated in the client's applicable currency prior to booking confirmation. Session bookings are secured upon full advance payment; payments are processed by a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we do not store card details on our servers.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that family plans and timezones can change. Full details of our cancellation and rescheduling policies are set out in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Rescheduling: Sessions cannot be freely rescheduled. If an issue occurs, discuss directly with Pandit ji; if alternative slots are free, then and only then rescheduling is possible.
• Cancellations: Full 100% refund for cancellations initiated 48+ hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat.
• Pandit ji Unavailability: In the rare event Pandit ji is unavailable due to an emergency, you will receive an immediate 100% refund or alternative slot.

6. Client Conduct & Technical Requirements

To ensure a sacred and seamless session, clients agree to:

• Maintain a stable high-speed internet connection and functional camera/audio.
• Maintain a respectful, quiet devotional atmosphere during the video session.
• Provide accurate family names, Gotras, and contact details for the sacred Sankalpa.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Varad Nagapurkar (trading as VKVV Pandit) and its Pandits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual fee paid for the specific session in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, India.
