Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Varad Nagapurkar (trading as VKVV Pandit), we value our sacred connection with your family. We understand that emergencies, travel delays, and international timezone adjustments happen. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be completely fair, compassionate, and transparent.

1. Rescheduling Guidelines

Ritual sessions are booked for specific sacred Muhurats and Pandit ji's time is reserved exclusively for your family. Automatic or free rescheduling is not permitted. If you face an unavoidable issue or emergency on the decided date/time, please message us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 8600671512) to discuss with Pandit ji. If alternative slots are available in Pandit ji's schedule, then and only then can a session be rescheduled.

2. Cancellation & Refund Request Process

To initiate a cancellation and refund:

1. Send a brief message to vkvvpandit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8600671512 with your booking reference, registered family name, and reason for cancellation.
2. Our support team will acknowledge and confirm eligibility within 4 to 8 hours.
3. Once approved, the refund will be initiated directly through the third-party payment processor to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

3. Refund Turnaround Time

Once initiated by our finance team, refunds typically reflect in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank and international banking networks.

4. Unforeseen Pandit ji Unavailability

In the extremely rare event that Pandit ji cannot attend due to an emergency, illness, or technical outage on our end, our coordinator will immediately offer you:

• An immediate substitute senior Pandit ji if you prefer to proceed at the exact same Muhurat; OR
• An alternative slot with Pandit ji at your convenience; OR
• A full 100% unconditional refund processed immediately.

5. Service Delivery Policy (No Physical Goods)

Varad Nagapurkar (trading as VKVV Pandit) provides purely live video-guided ritual facilitation, consulting, and educational Vedic chanting. We sell no physical goods, merchandise, or shipped items. All services are fulfilled digitally in real-time over interactive video links.
